24 to 48 Hour Cancellation is required to reschedule all appointments or deposit is forfeit at customer expense.

15 Minute grace period allowed only. After 15 minute customer will have to reschedule appointment and deposit will be forfeit. 

If you do not follow pre-care instructions your deposit will be forfeit.
