Per the State of Illinois

  1. Because we are a licensed tattoo establishment, NO CHILDREN OR PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE ALLOWED IN OUR FACILITY.

  2. Must be at least 18 years old to receive service.

  3. A government issued photo ID must be presented.​

  4. Procedure cannot be performed on skin surfaces where sunburn, rash, infection, open lesions, or other questionable skin lesions exist and will not be performed on any person who is impaired by drugs or alcohol.

  5. Any body artist can refuse service to any individual, at any time, and for any reason. 

Policies

ALL MICROBLADING APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOKED ONLINE. WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU RESPECT OUR NO GUEST POLICY. ONLY THOSE WITH APPOINTMENTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO

CANCELLATIONS: Please allow at least a 48 hour notice when rescheduling your appointment. Microblading booking fees/payments are non-refundable if you arrive late for scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 48 hours notice. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your booking fee. All Microblading booking fees are non-refundable.

LATENESS: We strongly encourage you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Please familiarize yourself with our location. Please allow time for weather, traffic, distance and parking. Late arrivals are subject to being cancelled and booking fee/deposit will be forfeited. An additional booking fee will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late.

NO GUESTS PLEASE: We kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment.

MICROBLADING DEPOSITS: A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is due at the time of booking to secure all microblading appointments. This booking fee is to ensure that you are serious about booking your Microblading appointment and will be credited towards your procedure.

MICROBLADING BALANCE: Remaining balance is due immediately upon service completion during your first visit.

MICROBLADING TOUCH-UPS: Your first touch-up needs to be completed 6-12 weeks after your initial visit. This touch-up is crucial for the best results.

  • It is important that you schedule your followup as soon as possible to ensure it is scheduled within the 6-12 week window. All followups are schedule via our website. Please note that all appointments require a non-refundable deposit.

 Additional touch-up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly at an additional fee.

WAITLIST: We very rarely have cancellations or rescheduled appointments, and therefore we do not provide any wait-list options at this time.

EXISTING BROW TATTOOS: We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, we request that you email us clear photos of your brows for approval at browtique_chi@yahoo.com ( please allow up to 48 hours for response) BEFORE your appointment booking. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the business name and artist name who performed your service.

PLEASE NOTE: Microblading is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client, and due to the nature of the procedure, NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all Pre & Post Care Instructions is crucial! Pre Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results. ​Brows are NOT meant to stay as dark as they initially appear immediately after procedure. Your brows are gradually and continuously getting lighter as your skin is always naturally regenerating and exfoliating itself. Yearly color boost are recommended to keep your brows looking their best.
